Delivery
Once orders have been paid for, they are processed by 11am of the day in question. If you live in mainland France or Corsica, you will receive your order in less than a week.
Delivery times (starting from the moment you receive the email informing you that your order has been dispatched):
The Colissimo delivery service is used for orders sent to individual (non-industry) customers and/or orders weighing less than 1 kilo (1 kilo = one outfit) and for orders being delivered outside of mainland France and Corsica.
Deliveries to mainland France and Corsica will take 48 to 72 hours at most. Delivery to French Overseas territories and départements (DOM TOM) and all other European and overseas destinations will take around 15 days. If you are not at home, your postman or woman should leave you a 'redelivery' or 'something for you' card telling you that your parcel is being stored at a post office branch or depot. The UK's Royal Mail will keep your parcel for 18 calendar days before returning it to the sender (i.e. Beauty Street). For other destinations, please consult your local Post Office.
GLS Logistics courier service (for B2B deliveries)
You will receive your order in 24 to 48 hours. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a redelivery card with a telephone number to phone in order to arrange a redelivery time that suits you.
Delivery by Chronopost

Payment
Orders are paid for during the placing of your order. Your order is dispatched as soon as payment has been received.
Methods of payment:
- By credit or debit card.
- By cheque, made payable to "Beauty Street"
- By bank transfer (the relevant account details will be sent to you by fax or email). NB: the bank transfer must include the following details: the name of the person in whose name the order was placed and your order or quote reference number.
Payment in 3 instalments at no extra charge for orders worth 400€ inclusive of VAT or more.
Payment must be by credit/debit card or cheque. (Option not available on online purchases).
Exchange or Refund within 15 days
You may exchange your purchase or request a refund – for whatever reason – at any point during the 15 day period following the delivery of your order.
Please note: the article(s) in question must not have been worn or washed. It/they should be folded carefully and put back into its/their original packaging, together with the delivery note and/or invoice. You should note your exchange request down on one or other of these documents. Please send the article(s) to be exchanged to: Beauty Street, 90, rue Anatole France 92300 Levallois Perret, France. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will exchange the article(s) in question. You will not be charged any additional fee for postage and packaging for the return of your parcel. However, if you wish to exchange your article(s) for a more expensive article or articles, you will have to pay the difference in price before the exchanged article(s) can be sent out to you.
You will have to pay postage and packaging on any parcel that you return to us. If you had to return the article(s) because of negligence on our part (damaged article, wrong article dispatched), we will make the necessary checks and refund your postage and packaging costs if you so request. You must enclose a receipt from the Post Office for these postage and packaging costs.
Our exchange and refunds policy does not apply to articles exhibiting normal wear and tear or articles that have been damaged following dispatch (tears, burn marks, mould, use of chemical products etc), or to articles that have been damaged due to non-compliance with the use and care guidelines.
Delighted or your money back
If you are not happy with an article, you simply have to send it back, together with its Returns Form, stating whether you would like to exchange it, receive store credit or a refund. If you would like to exchange your article, you will not be charged postage and packaging on this order*.
*If you have already exchanged an article before, you will be charged 9.50€ exclusive of VAT for postage and packaging.
Delivery in less than a week
For orders to addresses in mainland France, Corsica and zone 1: When you place your order, a sales advisor will inform you whether the items you have ordered are in stock.*
*The availability of the items you have ordered is subject to a final check when payment for your order is received. We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock at this time. In the event that one or more of the articles that you have ordered are not in stock, we will inform you of this immediately.
Custumization
All the articles of clothing featured in the catalogue, including articles of linen (apart from the terry cloth slippers and the Aromatic apron) may be customized by means of an embroidered detail. The minimum order size for items of clothing thus embroidered with an identical text or logo is 12 items. The embroidered detail can be placed wherever you want: on the breast, a pocket or a sleeve…
