How to place an order on Beauty Street?

Placing a secure order on Beauty Street is simple!

Browse through the different categories that match your needs, select the color, size, and quantity of the products you want. Add them to your cart.

Select "continue shopping" or "checkout". Create an account and fill in your personal information. Select your delivery method and payment option.

Your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation email at the provided address.


Can I place an order by phone, mail or email?

Our Beauty Street advisor is ready to assist you, provide real-time information about product availability, and answer all your questions. When placing your order before 11 AM and paying by credit card, your order will be shipped the same day (subject to product availability). You will receive it within 48 to 72 hours. If you pay by check or bank transfer, your order will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.

Get your items delivered to your home by carrier (Colissimo or DPD) to the address of your choice. If you are absent during delivery, you will receive a delivery notice with instructions on how to collect your order.

What are the delivery times?

Your orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours for mainland France, excluding weekends and public holidays, if items are available in stock. If items are not available, and for deliveries outside mainland France, delivery times are indicated on your invoice and in the email sent to you with the invoice.


Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for mainland France for any order over €150 excluding VAT.


Is delivery available abroad?

Beauty Street delivers items to mainland France and countries in zones 1 to 6.


My package has been lost, what should I do?

If the product is lost by the carrier during shipping, the buyer will be solely responsible and cannot be refunded by Beauty Street.

How to add a promotional code?

Your promotional code should be entered in the "promo code" field on the cart confirmation page. Make sure that the promotional code you are using applies to the items in your cart; the discount will be automatically applied to the total amount of your order. If the code is not valid, an error message will appear.


What payment methods are accepted?

Thanks to our secure payment system, you can pay by credit card or in up to 4 interest-free installments via PayPal.

You can also choose to pay by bank transfer or by check by printing your cart summary which includes: selected items, amount before tax, shipping costs, VAT, and total amount including tax. Then send it by mail to our Customer Service along with your check made payable to Beauty Street, at 90 rue Anatole France - 92300 Levallois-Perret.


How to request an invoice?

How to create a business account?

To create a business account and benefit from tax-exempt orders, you will need your VAT number and enter it when creating your account.

Your VAT number is structured as follows: 2 letters for the company's country of origin, 2 numbers assigned by the Treasury, and the SIREN numbers (first 9 digits of the SIRET number).

Can I pay upon delivery of my uniforms?

We only accept payment at the time of order; however, you can exchange your items or get a refund if they do not suit you.


Returns & Refunds
How to return or exchange an item?

All returns must be shipped to Beauty Street's Customer Service by mail at 90 rue Anatole France - 92300 Levallois-Perret, accompanied by the completed Return Form indicating whether you want an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Returned items must not have been worn or washed and must be perfectly folded and accompanied by any accessories, in their original packaging. Exchanged items must be returned with the Return Form indicating the reason for return.

If the package is returned directly to our logistics center instead of the return address mentioned at the bottom of the Return Form, additional handling fees of €15 will be charged.

Personalized items with embroidery and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange and refund do not apply to normal wear and tear of items or external damage (tears, burns, mold, use of chemical products, etc.) or to defects due to improper use or care.

Failure to comply with the above procedure and indicated timeframes will result in no claims being accepted for non-conformity or apparent defects of delivered items, as the items will then be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defects.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you request an exchange, it will be delivered without additional costs. If the exchange is for an item of higher value, the additional payment must be made before shipping the said item. You can exchange your items once maximum per order; beyond that, a fee of €9.50 excluding VAT (€11.36 including VAT) will be charged.


What is the timeframe to return my order?

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you. Shipping and return costs are at your expense; only the cost of the item will be refunded.


Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned directly to our logistics center instead of the return address mentioned at the bottom of the Return Form, additional handling fees of €15 will be charged to the customer.


Can I get a refund for my order?

Yes, if your request meets our return criteria mentioned above, you simply need to send back your items specifying the reason for return on the Return Form.


How long does the refund take?

Upon receipt of your return, the refund will be processed within 15 days.


My order is not correct, what should I do?

If the error comes from Beauty Street (damaged item, wrong item sent...), you can return the items without additional charge, and return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon written request with proof of postal receipt (by Colissimo only).

How to care for my embroidered uniforms?

To maintain the vibrancy of our embroidery colors, we recommend following these precautions:

Washing and Ironing

Take the best care of all your embroidered uniforms using a delicate laundry detergent. Never pile up or press embroidered items while wet, and avoid wringing or twisting embroidered uniforms if they haven't been rinsed beforehand. The superior quality and colorfast embroidery rayon allows washing at a maximum temperature of 95°C (unless the fabric indicates a lower temperature) with regular detergent. Make sure to only use detergents that do not contain bleaching agents such as peroxide or chlorine, or optical brighteners, as these chemical additives can cause color changes.

Embroidered items should be ironed on the reverse side or between two towels.

Storage

Avoid high temperatures, direct proximity to heat sources, and exposure to sunlight.


Can I make changes on an existing model?
