Shipping

What are the delivery methods?

Get your items delivered to your home by carrier (Colissimo or DPD) to the address of your choice. If you are absent during delivery, you will receive a delivery notice with instructions on how to collect your order.

Express delivery (TNT) is also available.

For mainland France: Standard shipping: €9.50 excluding VAT.

Shipped via Colissimo expert (signature required). No free shipping threshold. Rates are specified excluding customs duties, which are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery of their packages.

What are the delivery times?

Your orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours for mainland France, excluding weekends and public holidays, if items are available in stock. If items are not available, and for deliveries outside mainland France, delivery times are indicated on your invoice and in the email sent to you with the invoice.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for mainland France for any order over €150 excluding VAT.

Is delivery available abroad?

Beauty Street delivers items to mainland France and countries in zones 1 to 6.

My package has been lost, what should I do?

If the product is lost by the carrier during shipping, the buyer will be solely responsible and cannot be refunded by Beauty Street.

If your package tracking has not updated for more than 72 hours, you can contact one of our advisors by phone at +33 1 42 27 57 73 or by email at commandes@beautystreet.fr. We will open a quick investigation to locate your order.
