How to make a return?

Package delivery


Received your order but an item doesn't suit you? You have 15 days from the order's shipping date to return it.

Return form


Your return must be accompanied by the return form (received with your order) properly filled out, indicating whether you want an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Item condition


The item must not have been worn or washed, it must be perfectly folded and include all accessories, tags, and be returned in its original packaging.

Additional payment


In case of an exchange, if the amount of your exchange is higher than the original amount, please contact our customer service who will provide you with a quote for the additional payment required.

Your exchange or refund will be processed within 15 days from the receipt of your package.

Shipping fee : Do I have to pay for my return?

Return fee

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • In case of an exchange, we offer free shipping for your new item.
    For second and subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be charged (see shipping rates).

  • When returning items to Beauty Street, all shipping costs and risks associated with sending the product(s) are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend following the return instructions carefully. If your return is sent to our logistics center instead of the address mentioned below and on the return form, additional handling fees of 15€ will be charged.

Non-returnable items

Return exceptions

  • Custom embroidered items and made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Exchange and refund policies do not apply to normal wear and tear of items or external damage (tears, burns, mold, use of chemical products, etc.), nor to defects resulting from improper use or maintenance.

Failure to follow our return procedure and stated timeframes will result in the buyer being unable to make any claims for non-conformity or apparent defects of delivered products, as the products will then be considered compliant and free from any apparent defects. My order is not as expected, what should I do?

Order discrepancy

We take the utmost care in preparing your order and meet our quality standards.

However, if the error is from Beauty Street (defective item, wrong item...), we will cover the return shipping costs.

In this case, please contact customer service by email or phone, and they will issue a return label and send it to you.

Once received, print the return label, stick it on your package, and drop it off at any post office of your choice.
